Location: Central Cornwall (flexible travel across the area required)
Contract: Full-time / Part-time, 12 months Fixed-term (possible extension)
Salary: Band 4 (depending on experience)

Join our dedicated team as a WorkWell Coach and make a real difference across Central Cornwall. This pilot, funded by the Integrated Care Board, aims to support people facing health-related employment issues.

About the Role

  • Provide one-to-one, tailored coaching to help people stay in work, return to work, or find new employment.

  • Help individuals build confidence, manage health at work, and access resources.

  • Promote a holistic, person-centred approach with a focus on prevention and early intervention.

  • Be embedded within the Social Prescriber team and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, employers, and partners.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Empathetic, supportive, and passionate about making a difference.

  • Experienced in coaching, employability, occupational health, or health and social care (desirable but not essential).

  • Able to work independently, manage a varied caseload, and travel across Central Cornwall.

  • Confident working with partners, employers, and healthcare providers.
