Dr Clare Taylor is retiring!

We would like to inform our patients that Dr Taylor will be retiring from general practice on 11 January 2026, after 32 years of dedicated service.

Dr Taylor first joined Park Surgery in 1993 at the start of her GP training and went on to qualify as a GP in 1995, when she became a long-term locum with the practice. After returning to Cornwall, following a few years away, she became a Practice Partner in 2011 and has since played an integral role in shaping the care we provide.

Throughout her career, Dr Taylor has been a highly valued and respected member of our team. Her unwavering commitment to patient care, her calm professionalism, and her compassionate approach have been greatly appreciated by both colleagues and patients alike.

We know that many of you will wish to share your good wishes with Dr Taylor. All messages received by the practice will be passed on to her.

We are currently making arrangements to ensure continuity of care for all patients, and further information will be shared in due course.

Dr Taylor will on occasion provide some locum cover.

On behalf of the entire practice team and our community, we extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr Taylor for her exceptional service and wish her a very happy, healthy, and fulfilling retirement.
